Owner of Eden & Mane, Elsie-Kate Walsh is a Hair Artist with over 10 years of experience in the hair industry. She trained with one of the country's biggest hair companies. Elsie has worked in salons in Ireland and Canada. She has also done hair for film and TV as well as hair for weddings. Elsie has completed extensive training with L’Oréal, Vidal Sassoon Hair Academy, Pureology, Kevin Murphy Nioxin, and Natulique, to name but a few.

Ethos and ethics are at the forefront of Elsie’s mind when it comes to hair-care, skin-care, and caring for the environment. After suffering an unexpected brain hemorrhage in December 2019, Elsie underwent emergency brain surgery. Her recovery necessitated her being extremely cautious in relation to the products and chemicals she uses in her hair and skin-care routines. This prompted Elsie to further explore and research natural sources of hair and skin-care products, particularly in relation to hair colouring and styling.

Her findings convinced her that, in relation to general health and well-being, using only natural products was the way forward for her, her clients and to benefit the planet.

As a result, Eden & Mane was born - a hair studio that uses all-natural products with a focus on calm surroundings and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. We are unique in that we believe strongly in one-to-one service every step of your visit.
